His practice includes:

  • Business planning, entity formation and governance, administrative, governmental and regulatory matters
  • Preparation of contracts and operating documents for mergers, acquisitions and sales; equity and outside financing; construction; human resources and employment matters, plans, procedures and policies; intellectual property licensing and protection; and procurement of equipment and facilities
  • Real estate transactions; development and entitlement work; leasing, purchase and sale contracts
  • A unique specialty in promotion marketing law, including B2B and consumer promotional programs for rebates, coupons, sweepstakes and contests
  • Business and contract litigation in state and federal court, and local administrative agencies
  • A working professional proficiency in Spanish.
